Whole Beef

Approximately 300# take home meat

Half Beef

Estimated total cost for beef and basic processing: $1500.00

Approximately 150# take home meat.

Quarter Beef

Estimated total cost for beef and basic processing: $760.00

Approximately 75# take home meat.

Ground Beef

Cost per lb.: $9.90 per lb.

Beef Reservation

Reserve your beef by filling out the online reservation form below. We will contact you via email within 1–2 days to discuss the next steps.

A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per 1/4 cow will be required once we receive your reservation request. The remaining balance, based on processing costs and total beef weight, will be due via Venmo, Credit Card, or personal check before your beef will be released for pick up.
