Puppy Commitment Agreement
Once we’ve had the opportunity to review your application and feel confident that one of our puppies would be a wonderful fit for your home, we will invite you to place a non-refundable $500 deposit via Venmo. This deposit reflects a shared commitment between your family and ours, and it allows us to thoughtfully plan our future litters with great care and intention.
Deposits remain valid for 20–24 months from the date they are received. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and our goal is always to work with families in a way that feels respectful and supportive. At the same time, we plan each litter based on families who feel ready and committed within this timeframe. If a puppy(s) becomes available during your 20–24 month window and you decide not to move forward, a new deposit will be required to rejoin the list once the original window has passed.
This policy reflects not only our values, but also guidance we’ve received from our veterinary team, who emphasize the importance of thoughtful, intentional breeding. Clear deposit timelines allow us to plan responsibly, ensuring our mother dogs are bred only when committed families are in place. This approach supports their health, rest, and overall wellbeing, while allowing each litter to be welcomed with readiness, care, and intention.
